We use customer information to process and fulfill orders, send invoices and pickup reminders, answer questions, coordinate pickup or delivery, maintain business records, and operate Squirrel Creek Enterprises.
Google and Gmail access
Squirrel Creek Enterprises uses Google OAuth and the Gmail API only to send transactional customer email from our business account, such as order invoices and pickup reminders. Our application does not use Gmail API access to read, search, download, or analyze mailbox contents.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell customer personal information. We do not share customer information for advertising. We may use service providers such as Google and Firebase when necessary to operate our website, order system, email delivery, and secure data storage.
Data retention
We retain order and customer communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer service, maintain business and accounting records, and meet legal or tax obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information. Private business records are kept behind authenticated systems and are not intentionally published on the public website.
